  3. 3. How and for what purpose does the Website collect data during registration and ordering?

    1. 3.1. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, in order to place an Order by the User it is voluntary to provide the necessary User data. Failure to provide certain data may make it impossible to place an Order, as it will prevent the Seller from accepting the Order and contacting for the purpose of determining the execution of the Order and concluding the Sales Agreement or the agreement for the provision of services.

    2. 3.2. The Vendor collects data in order to conclude a contract for the provision of Services with the User and in connection with the performance of this contract (legal basis: Article 6(1b) RODO).

    3. 3.3. Registration of an Account requires the User to provide a login in the form of an email address and a Password to secure the Account. The Password must use a unique combination of numbers, letters and characters (legal basis: Article 6(1a) RODO).

V. Rights of data subjects

  • 1. You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object , the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  • 2. The scope of each right and the situations in which they may be exercised are determined by law. Which right the User may exercise will depend, for example, on the legal basis for the Seller's use of the User's data and the purpose of its processing.
  • 3. Users may object at any time to the processing of data (including profiling) for direct marketing purposes. Upon acceptance of a request to this effect, the Vendor shall be obliged to cease processing the data for this purpose.
  • 4. In specific situations, the User may object at any time to the Seller's processing of personal data (including profiling) if the basis for the use of the data is our legitimate interest or the public interest. In such a situation, after considering the User's request, the Vendor will no longer be able to process the personal data subject to the objection on this basis, unless the Vendor demonstrates that there are valid legitimate grounds for the processing of the data which are deemed by law to override the User's interests, rights and freedoms, or there are grounds for establishing, asserting or defending claims.
  • 5. You may withdraw your consent from the Vendor at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the use of your data prior to the withdrawal of such consent.

VI. Security of personal data

  1. 1. The Seller, as the personal data administrator, shall apply the technical and organisational measures necessary to protect the data as required by current legislation on personal data protection, in particular to protect the Users' personal data against unauthorised access, loss or damage.

  2. 2. The user is obliged to adequately protect the password from disclosure to third parties.
