Returns and Complaints at Magic Home
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do this, you must submit an unequivocal statement of withdrawal from the contract – by e-mail (studio@magichome.com.pl) or by post.

Non-prefabricated goods made to order according to the consumer's specification are not subject to return, in accordance with art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act (murals, photo wallpapers, wallpapers sold by the meter).
The Seller will return all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their posting. The buyer covers the return costs.
Important information regarding wallpapers!
Before starting to wallpaper, unroll all rolls and carefully check their shade and possible defects. In the event of detection of discrepancies, the defective rolls must be returned in their entirety together with the labels and the seller must be informed immediately. Wallpapering means acceptance of the product and excludes the possibility of return due to defects.
Complaints
- Complaints are considered within up to 14 days from the date of notification.
- When receiving the package, check the condition of the packaging in the presence of the courier. In the event of damage to the package, draw up a complaint protocol with the courier and inform us about the event immediately.
